Welcome to El Rancho Tepeyac, located 19 miles north of Rio Grande City off of FM 755 and 45 minutes northwest of McAllen. El Rancho Tepeyac is managed and owned by the Garza Family of McAllen Texas. The ranch consists of 203 acres of low fence, natural brush with no cattle.

The ranch wildlife is fed year round and water ponds are located throughout the ranch. Easy access to blinds and long clean senderos go throughout the ranch. There are 7 available deer blinds, four bird blinds, and one bird of prey blind, all cared for and comfortable, and feeders on all senderos.
